whats the best photo editor software that i can use for this purpose.EXPERT OPINIONS PLEASE?
i want to save and store a zoomed image.i have tried to do that with several photo editor softwares but i didnt get the 100% result.In most cases the picture when its reopened , gets back to its orignal condition.
Is there any possibility to store a zoomed image so that when it is reopened it is zoomed in default not that u have to zoom in again.

Photoshop is the best image editor there is.
You dont want to zoom, Zooming just makes the pictur bigger on screen to make editing easier. You need to increase the image size and then crop out the parts you don't want.
You should be able to do this with almost any image editor.

Photoshop works good for me much user friendly than Gimp.
